  I wouldn’t spend most of the prize money on the website: I plan on creating a podcast about the lives of the people behind our planet’s greatest scientific discoveries, and I would use the money to buy some high quality recording equipment for this purpose. I would also spend some of the money on buying books to base my podcasts around: things like the diaries of famous scientists and (for the more modern ones) their autobiographies.
  
  On the website front I would spend about £50-£100 buying advertising space from google to promote my website. I would use whatever’s left over to pay for my website hosting fees, which aren’t cheap!
